We’ve had to fit ourselves into a mold of a different shape - get bigger in unnatural ways and get smaller where we should be taking up space. We’ve depleted ourselves playing this game, and it’s time we shape a new, supportive and connected way of doing business.
I guide Women and Mothers in business through dismantling systems of deep capitalism that no longer serve, and collaborate on building a structure for Leadership that is rooted in Yin and the body of the feminine where heart, nourishment, understanding, clarity and wild woman wisdom are at the center.

What is a Reason for Being?
Your Reason for Being, in the context of business, is your Purpose. Your “why am I here as a business owner?“
We all start our business for different reasons, but the intention behind your business, and who you serve, is actually the most powerful foundation - it sets the tone for everything that happens both in and out of your company.
Your Reason for Being serves as your North Star, always there to come back to, and the abundant well from which to work.
To build a new and nourishing system of “doing” business, it’s important to have a very meaningful Reason for Being - one that is connected to serving, connected to community, and most importantly, connected to your heart.
“Business is a masculine energy. It’s a game, or a battle, where there is a winner and a loser - the goal is to sell something - to win. This dynamic of a winner and loser (game) is a masculine construct, which can easily harden and deplete the wisdom of the feminine.”
Let’s look at business in a new way - a way we weren’t taught, which is that we CAN bring our whole selves into our company, and create an environment that supports who we are, how we want to feel, and the kind of life we want to live, while working alongside people who share the same vision. Doing so is actually important to help shift the paradigm of deep capitalism, where business can be more about supporting Community and a Life of Presence rather a focus on short-term financial-gains-at-all-costs model that currently dominates.
